GRM Windows Helps Elevate Llanerch Vineyard Hotel to Five-Star Luxury
Project Overview
Set amidst the picturesque South Wales countryside, Llanerch Vineyard is renowned for its charm, character, and award-winning hospitality. As part of an ambitious development project, the owners aimed to enhance the property’s offering and deliver a truly five-star hotel experience – while preserving the traditional aesthetic that has made Llanerch a beloved destination for decades.
To achieve this vision, an elegant extension was added to the rear of the hotel, increasing the total number of rooms to 37. With a strong emphasis on maintaining the character of the original building, the choice of materials and finishes was a critical consideration throughout the refurbishment.
Recognising the importance of this balance between style and performance, the owners partnered with GRM Windows, a trusted REHAU fabricator, to supply and install premium window and door solutions in line with the property’s Victorian charm.

For the window refurbishment, REHAU’s popular TOTAL70 casement windows in a Black Brown laminated profile were selected. This classic finish beautifully complements the hotel’s period architecture, helping to retain the timeless appeal of the original design.

Manufactured to meet BS7950 and PAS 23/24 security standards, they provide enhanced protection and peace of mind for guests. Additionally, their double-glazed sealed units deliver excellent noise reduction, ensuring a peaceful, restful stay for all visitors.
Enhancing Elegance with French Doors
To further enhance the guest experience and add a touch of grandeur, GRM Windows also installed REHAU French doors at key locations across the property. Chosen in a traditional style to match the new windows, these doors combine refined looks with modern functionality.
