Post: Account Manager (Full Time position – 39 hours per week)

Responsible to: Managing Director
Responsible for: Service Salesperson & Sales Administrator
Main Purpose: Part of the Senior Management Team, who’s responsible for customer
relations, orders and customer service. Ensuring that quotations,
orders and customer services requests are responded to in line with
company objectives.

Key Tasks:
 Build client relationships; including customer visits to support our current sales team;
 Maintain a customer relationship management database showing companies
targeted and progress made;
 Have primary responsibility to produce quotations and liaise with other departments
to ensure that quotations are all properly followed up;
 Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries;
 Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
 Create detailed proposal documents;
 Record sales and order information and presenting to management colleagues;
 Attend senior management team meetings, reporting against agreed sales and
marketing targets;
 Deliver against any sales strategy identified as part of the company strategic plan
objectives;
 Managing our CRM Database
 Managing customer complaints, ensuring all complaints are logged, processed,
recorded and closed out.
 Manage budgets and staff as required or directed; and
 Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by the
company.
